The things we do the same way every day, for every guest, busy or quiet.

A room of your own
Six treatment rooms, one guest per room; pairs have their own double room. No shared halls, no curtains.

Fresh linen for every guest
Bath towels, face towels, robes and disposable underwear are new for each guest, laundered at high heat and warmed before use.

Herbs brewed the same day
Foot soaks, herbal baths and leaf steam are brewed on the floor the same day. Nothing is reused.

We ask before we touch
Before every visit, reception sits with you to note pressure, technique, oil, allergies and areas to focus on. Your therapist reads it before entering the room.

A meal after the ritual
Every ritual ends with the meal of the day, served warm and eaten slowly in the lounge overlooking the city.

On time, both ways
Your room is ready at the time you booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may shorten or move the visit so the next guest never waits.

No selling in the room
Therapists never offer cards or products during a treatment. Membership is explained at reception, only when you ask.
